The pressure's on

This Saturday I'll be making some teriyaki and other Japanese goodies for Alex's 22nd birthday. I had never made chicken teriyaki... well, not like at restaurants. Kristel has started building hype for this food, which actually makes me a little worried. So tonight I did the teriyaki trial run. It was AWESOME! Kristel, have no fear on this dish. Now I need to work on tempura ice cream tomorrow night. Good stuff...
