I had my night class last night, the one that I've been working on a paper for. The paper compared Easter and Passover. It was one of the most interesting topics I've ever researched before. Nonetheless, getting out anything intelligent to say about it in 8-10 pages was a bear. I finished just in time, printed off the paper downstairs at the library and rushed to class. I was doing the math as I left campus at 8... I had spent 20 of the last 28 hours at FIU. that's a record. that's what people living on campus do. I had planned to cook
feta-stuffed chicken burgers, and guess who made them (awesome on the bbq grill) just before i got home! My parents :)

Here's me and my mom- and those were our excellent, juicy burgers- on fancy shmancy paper plates and all. I was jealous of my parents because they smelled like charcoal (i like that smoky-cooked smell) and i smelled like dusty library books... It was nice to be home though, and just catch up with them- they'd been outta town since thursday. Today, I had class but didn't really work on papers. It was a nice break. It is over. I will yet again crack the proverbial whip, and not have another break until the semester is over. (Well, except for the AudioAdrenaline/MercyMe concert which I am SO stoked about on Thursday!!! Thanks Kat and Lenny!)

Is it your goal to make me hungry with every post? If so, mission accomplished.
