Anyone who knows me knows that I have found true love. At PeiWei, of all places. That is an exaggeration, I know. Because who can love a sauce? Can you take long walks on the beach with scallions? Can you go to the movies with flank steak? Can you write poetry about crushed peanuts that dance on top of pad thai?
... Yes.

And I have. Everyone's favorite dish seems to be the
Mongolian Beef. Merari and I were eating it last week, and I commented on how amazing it is. I asked her, "What is it about the sauce that makes Mongolian Beef so incredible?" And she flatly replied, "Well, you know, they use real Mongolians to make this. That's how it gets its name. Mongolians died so we could have this dish."
Such sacrifice. What I wanna know is, Merari, where in the world in
Mongolia?

Well, since you asked...
Mongolia is in east-central Asia and is bordered by China and Russia.
Its main exports are copper, wheat and Mongolians (I believe their diet of natural agricultural crops leads to their tender and succulent taste).
