I now have a very hard German test behind me and am not feeling as awful as I did this morning. Even though it's pouring outside and I can't get to my car unless I want to ruin my shoes and computer, I'm feeling pretty happy. So I thought I would share some wisdom with you while I sit here in the FIU library and wait for the torrential downpour to be quelled.

But then I thought... there's just so much to share. You see, I have been collecting fortunes from the fortune cookies since the first one I wrote about: You will live a long life and eat many fortune cookies. I now know that one funny fortune was the tip of the iceberg! In my 'fortune cookie research' (which involved no consumption of said delicious, crunchy, slightly-sweet concoctions), I have discovered that they all fall into one of three categories. Behold, the first category- Advice...

While writing this, I've decided to draw things out a bit, so I will post the 'Advice' fortunes tomorrow, and not even tell you what the other categories ARE yet...
But a little foretaste of the feast to come? Sure, why not...

You need to live authentically, and you can't ignore that.
