Feeling ambitious

• Spicy Garlic Cashew Chicken from Simply Recipes
  Reading one of my many food blogs I subscribe to, I came across this today. It looks amazing. I am inspired. I want to make it next week. Anyone up for coming over and cooking it with me? I'm thinking about making some Jasmine rice to go with it. And maybe lettuce wraps or something...
  
• Also ambitious... I bought a new tuner, so I can finally tune my guitar by myself again (that tuning by ear theory is nonsense) instead of having my guitar teacher do it for me at the beginning of every lesson. I'm not sure what came over me, but I also offered to change the strings on the LAM guitar. I like the LAM guitar, so it should be fun. Hopefully I won't hurt myself like I did the last time I tried. I should mention here that my guitar teacher ended up changing the strings for me... ButI refuse to give up this time!
  
• Not quite as ambitious... I took another cooking student in yesterday. Check out Steph- she is too cool for school. Literally, she just graduated (I crack myself up). She can dice chicken and chop onions like nobody's business. Kudos, Steph!
  
• Incredibly ambitious... I have decided to clean out my closet, and sell all the junk in there on eBay or craigslist or in a yard sale. This is probably too ambitious. I am 92% sure I will end up putting more stuff in my closet, not less.
  
• Inanely ambitious... It's actually not ambitious at all. I have GOT to tell you about some good stuff that happened in Guatemala. And funny stuff too! If I'm honest, that won't happen till after the weekend.
  
• Joyfully ambitious... I'm going out of town this weekend. My parents and I are go to the lake house up in Lake Placid. I'm looking forward to finishing a couple books (Tuesdays with Morrie, the Prophet, and Philippians), tuning both guitars, playing my guitar (or both), cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner, and lounging out on the dock. I don't want to get carried away, but I might even help my dad mow the lawn!
  
• Decidedly not ambitious... I have been showered with blessings. I am referring to the 6 passes I scored to an early screening of Bourne Ultimatum tonight. We'll be there an hour and a half before it starts. I can't wait to see it!!!
• I am not sure how many times I just used ambitious, but it's just enough to make the word sound funny. As a matter of fact, I'm beginning to wonder if ambitious is even a word. Whoever made ambitious a word was crazy. Crazy ambitious...
