No place like home

I missed my kitchen. That's the hardest part, I think, about traveling. It's hard to cook when you don't have a kitchen. It was nice to cook dinner tonight. I made Barbecue baskets and then Cinnamon Angel food cake for dessert. The bbq baskets have pulled pork (or beef) inside these awesome Golden Wheat biscuits. Sooo easy.
