BBS

That's right, I caught it. And it may or may not be highly contagious. I know what you're thinking. What does B.B.S. stand for? Blue-black shirt? Birritable bowel syndrome? Black-berry shake? No! I have been diagnosed with Bored Blogger Syndrome. I got a little bored with it. Sorry, but it became not so exciting... What led to this? I don't know. Perhaps other bloggers who slack on their blogs for months at a time have rubbed off on me. Perhaps the fact that my life seems boring by comparison to yours. Or maybe that I bought a new domain (http://www.annemaroo.com/) and am unsure what to do with it next. Right now it just points to this blog, so don't feel stupid when you click it. I just thought a website would be nifty... Maybe my B.B.S. is brought on by the fact that a virus has TAKEN OVER my rotten, stinking, miserable Dell and everytime I get online my laptop freezes. Probably, though, I will have to blame my case of B.B.S. on the advent of the new iPhone. It's shiny, and nifty, and I watched a clip from the Office on it the other night. I think that threw me off... That technology puts stuff like blogger to shame. Plus, I definitely got tired of the 'here's what I did' blog entries... and I have like 4 drafts in the works. But none I particularly want to post. Someone told me a quick fix would be to 'blog forward'- about things that are going to happen. That doesn't seem like a half bad idea. I think I'll do that next. Before I do, I wanted to share a few events with you from the last week or so, that are blog-worthy. Enough of how I haven't wanted to blog. Brace yourself, it's a new week in blogworld!

I tend not to write about "what I did yesterday/today" because I know there's way too many things to list. That kind of thinking and adding details discourages me from blogging. So I avoid it when possible. But if I do ever write about what I did, these days I just list the events with an unordered list (bullets).

And there's nothing wrong with a short, sweet, entry. Save the long entries for the days when you have the energy.
