Rapture? or Spring Break?

I've been fretting over all the work that has to get done in the next couple weeks. Seriously, I wake up thinking about it, go to bed thinking about it. But God gave me a nice mental 'break'...
-It only took me 20 minutes to get to work this morning. That in itself is a miracle. It usually takes 45 minutes at 6:30 in the morning, and today I didn't leave until almost 7. I spent a good 15 of those 20 minutes questioning my salvation in light of this apparent rapture- and then I realized it is Spring Break. There was a momentary surge of bitterness that high school students all over Miami were sleeping in, and will continue to do so alllllll week.
-But that bitterness passed because of the time change. No seriously, this new time change is pretty nifty. I went from totally missing the sunrise as I drove in to work, to driving to work in total darkness. And then this morning the timing was perfect and the sky was beautiful. There's this point just before I get to LAM that I drive on an overpass, really close to the airport. Every day, for a brief moment, I see the Miami skyline, and today the sun was breaking through it and it was just breathtaking.
-Tonight I have a night class at FIU, religion and food (or is it food and religion)?? whatever... We have a quiz EVERY rotten, stinking time (I like the class, but I can't remember the last time I had a quiz every class... it feels so 10th grade...) Well, today is the last quiz. I don't know why, but that makes me really happy. I hate quizzes. Take that, stupid tests that require you to learn the same thing as if you were taking a test, and call themselves 'quizzes' so it doesn't sound as harsh... It's a scheme, a plot, to take over the world. bleh...
-I'm going to cook this week. Starting tonight :)
-I went to Zeal. I liked. I grew, lol. You should go too! www.zealmiami.com

Dang. Sorry I missed Zeal this past week. I heard it was great.

Glad you get to see the sunrise again. It's a beauty to see, but I'm usually sleeping these days.
